Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Remove pizza crust or flatbread from packaging. There is no need to defrost frozen crust or flatbread, whether you are adding toppings or not.
Apply a nice coating of your favorite olive oil to the edges and then toppings if desired (I always add a little salt to my flatbread!)
Place crust or flatbread directly on oven rack.
All ovens are different but our recommendation is 5-7 minutes. My advice is to keep an eye on the bottom of the crust. At the 3 or 4 minute mark I like to keep turning the crust and checking the bottom. When it’s golden brown, take it out and enjoy!

Use your flatbread as a cracker to serve on cheese boards or with dips.
Lightly toast flatbread and use it to scoop up stews and chilis.
Flatbread makes a great piece of toast, you can put it straight into the toaster.
For a full pizzeria experience, slice it up to make cinnamon sugar sticks.
Both our crust and flatbread work great as a panini or quesadilla.
Keep some on hand to eat with Indian takeout in place of naan.
