Filtered water, Tapioca starch, Potato flour, White Rice flour, Millet flour, Buckwheat flour, Sugar, Sorghum flour, Salt, Xanthan Gum,

NO SEED OIL!

Olive oil / Vegan / Dairy Free / Gluten Free / Soy Free/ Nut Free/ Corn Free

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Remove pizza crust or flatbread from packaging.

If frozen no need to defrost, the crust will thaw enough while you add your toppings.

Apply a nice coating of your favorite olive oil to the edges before you add the toppings

If you are not adding toppings and just enjoying the crust or flatbread with soup of on a cheeseboard still no real defrosting is necessary.

I always add a little salt to the flatbread when I am usong it fo rmy soup.

Place curst or flatbread directly on an oven rack.

All ovens are different but our recommendation is for 5-7 minutes. The crust will start to bubble an rise. Longer is you have topped your crust with lots of deliciousness. Just keep an eye!

My advice is to keep an eye on the bottom of the crust, after 3 or 4 minutes I like to keep turning the crust and checking the bottom.

When its golden brown take it out and enjoy.
