Paul and I own two pizza restaurants. I was diagnosed with a gluten intolerance. This was as a HUGE problem for me. Anyone out there who has been told they were gluten intolerant or Celiac knows what a devastating diagnosis this can be.
Paul has been in the restaurant business since he was 15 years old. He also graduated from the Culinary Institute of American in Hyde Park. His simple answer to the problem was to make a crust I could eat.
Presto ~ Ugly's Gluten Free Pizza Crust!
Our crust is hand made in our designated gluten free bakery. The dough is mixed and then each crust rolled, pounded and stretched by hand. Our crusts are Certified by the Celiac Support Association, they are GMO free, nut free, soy free and vegan. They are made in a 12 inch size and can be found in Co-Op's and grocery stores throughout New England. We are thrilled with this crust. It is delicious, well made and best of all bringing pizza back to folks who love it!
